Obituary of Elizabeth Doyle

ELIZABETH (BETTY) LOUISE DOYLE (nee FLOCK) After lengthy illness, we sadly announce the passing of Betty Doyle, beloved wife, mother and grandmother at the age of 80 years, on Monday, June 8, 2009 at the Concordia Hospital. Besides her loving husband Leonard, Betty is survived by her daughter Marilyn of Winnipeg, 2 sons Larry (Linda) of Burlington, ON and Chris of Winnipeg and 3 grandchildren Dayle, Brian and Marquesa. She also leaves to mourn her passing several nieces and nephews and their families. Betty was predeceased by her parents Hugo and Dorothy Flock, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Mom loved her family dearly and looked forward to her family gatherings. Mom's interests were bowling, bingo, knitting reading and she was an avid cribbage and bridge player and she loved her crosswords. The family would like to thank the staff at Concordia Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Prayers will be said on Thursday, June 11 at 6:00 P.M. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Parish, 264 Donwood Drive on Friday, June 12 at 1:00 P.M. Interment will take place in Assumption Cemetery.
