Gord later moved to Pinawa, Manitoba, and worked at Atomic Energy of Canada. With their family, Gord and his wife Rita, moved to various communities in Ontario before settling in Winnipeg.
Gord was predeceased by his father, his mother, and his brother, Doug. He leaves behind many great friends as well as his wife Rita of 53 years, his son Kenneth (Pamela), his daughter April (Joel), his grandchildren: Bryan, Shawn, Jayce, Matthew, Thomas and Kaitlyn. Gord was also a great-grandfather to Shawn’s son, Nathan.

We will always miss and love Gord.
