I remember Mark from elementary school, Beaumont, years ago. I was one grade above him, so we never shared any classes, but I distinctly remember him for his smile and sunny disposition. I recall seeing him pushing himself along in his wheelchair, many times singing away, and always, always with a smile that could light up the darkest of days. What strength, courage and good humor he must have possessed to face his burden with such a wonderful outlook in life! I'm sure he will be sorely missed and that this world has truely lost a special person.
