Obituary of Arnaldo CIPRIANO
ARNALDO CIPRIANO
It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Arnaldo Cipriano. Arnaldo passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2011, at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 74. He was born January 14, 1937, in Atalaia, Portugal.
Arnaldo was predeceased by his parents Virgilio and Lucilia, his sister Lucrecia, sister-in-law Rosa, brother-in-law Jose Pereira, brother-in-law Humberto, and nephew Jose Bertolo in Portugal.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving and devoted wife Otilia, his sons Carlos (Lucy) and Tony (Tamara), and his granddaughters Keanna, Kayla and Lana. He will also be missed by his brothers Durante (Helena) and Joao and brother-in-law Joao of Portugal and by his wife's brothers Jose (Maria), Jack (Manuela), Fernando (Isabel), and her sisters Benvinda, Leonore (Carlos), Idalina (Bertolo), and Luz along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Riverview for their care and kindness.
Prayers will be held on Thursday, February 24 at 7:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 365 Burnell St. with Rev. Fr. Stan Gacek officiating. Interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Arnaldo's memory to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba.
