Obituary of Alma Fuerst

Alma Elsie Fuerst (nee Schmuland) Peacefully surrounded by family, at St. Boniface Hospital on November 19, 2010 Alma Fuerst aged 91 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Berniece and Cliff Johnson and Lorraine and Roy Ormiston; her grandchildren Donna (David) Wallace of Toronto, ON., Ron (Lynne) Johnson of Victoria B.C., Karen (Michael) Heilmann of Winnipeg, MB., five great-grandchildren, Nicholas Wallace, Brittany and Alexander Johnson, and Ashley and Adam Heilmann. She is also survived by three brothers, Fred (Helen), Ed, and Henry (Dorothy) all of B.C., and two sisters-in-law Margaret Tonn of Winnipeg and Teenie Fuerst of Beausejour plus many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Gus, son Donald, her parents, three sisters and two brothers. Cremation has already taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
