Obituary of Robert JAWORSKI
ROBERT JAWORSKI
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 of our beloved husband and father Robert Jaworski, at the age of 75 years, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be so deeply missed by his wife Jeannine of 54 years; sons Wayne (Valerie) and David (Luz Celina); grandsons Marc, Kevin (Dana) and Joseph; great grandson Jack; sister Bernice (William); brother Charles (Lynn); sister-in-law Eleanor; niece Beverley (Lee) and nephews Brian and Bradley.
He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Ann (Hykawy) and brother Ron. Robert was employed for most of his working career at Swift Canadian.
Family meant everything to Robert and he took great pleasure in spending time together.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, 264 Donwood Drive with Rev. Fr. Thomas Schmied, O.F.M. Cap. presiding and Rev. Msgr. Stan Jaworski, P.H. Concelebrant, with viewing beginning at 10:30 a.m. Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
The family wishes to express their thanks to the nursing staff on ward 5E at the St. Boniface Hospital for their compassionate care. The family would also like to thank Dr. Wong, Dr. Lipschitz, and Dr. Reimer for the care they provided.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg MB R3E 0V9.
