Our condolences to Marlene's family and friends. We knew Marlene in the '70's in Winnipeg, during our connection with Typart. She was always a very joyful person, an excellent dancer who certainly enjoyed life.

My wife and I came to know Doug and Marlene through a mutual friends a few years ago. We welcomed them both when ever we seen them, because they seem to light up a room whenever they walked in. Always happy, fun loving, and positive, it was clear they enjoyed life and being together. We cherished our conversations and moments with them. I mention they and them a lot only because it’s hard to imagine seeing Doug without Marlene by his side. Doug we wish you all the best through these troubled times, and know that our hearts and prayers are with you always. You’re Friends, Ray & Sonya Hiebert
