Jessie Koroscil (nee Memryk)
August 17, 1921 - August 31, 2009
After a long life filled with love and laughter, Jessie Koroscil (nee Memryk) left her family and friends whom she loved very much to live with her Lord, Jesus Christ.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband Martin (married 62 years), her daughters, Marlene (Ron Lukie), Mary Schmidt, and son Randy (Karen Tereck), her grandchildren, Kristin (Marc), Carmen, Maxine, Tosh, Quentin (Cora), Scott, Brent, and greatgrandson, Matthew. Jessie, born in Shoal Lake, was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Tony Memryk.
Jessie had a wonderful life filled with hard work, great friends, memorable trips, and many special moments with her grandchildren whom she loved very much.
The family would like to thank the staff on St. John's Ward at Holy Family for the wonderful care, compassion, and respect they gave to Nan.
Flowers gratefully declined. Should friends so desire, donations can be made in Jessie's memory to Holy Family Nursing Home, 165 Aberdeen Ave., Winnipeg MB, R2W 1T9.

Prayers will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2009, at 7:00 p. m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. at 10:30 am on Friday, September 4, 2009, with Very Rev. Bohdan Lukie, C.Ss.R. officiating.
