DAVE McCORMICK
It is with Great sadness and love that the family of Dave McCormick announces his passing on March 3rd, 2010 at the Victoria Hospital.
He is survived by his loving wife and friend Jan, son's Mitchell (Cyndy) granddaughters Cayli and Crysti, Martin (Kim) grandsons Scott and Daniel, the "twins" Dru, grandson Dalton, Shannon (Scott) grandson's Sean and Brandon; sister Dorothy Pearson; brothers Frank (Pat) and Bud (Deidre). Dave was predeceased by his sister Catherine Simpson and his brother Bill.
He was born in Dominion City, Manitoba and employed with Burns Foods until his retirement. Above all he enjoyed his many good times with his children and grandchildren at his beloved cottage at Pointe du Bois. His life was surrounded by a loving family but also many wonderful relatives and friends. Years of travelling with George and Ev took them on many fun filled adventures with lots of laughs. A special thanks to his sister-in-law Deidre.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday March 8th at 1:00 pm at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu a donation may be made in Dave's memory to a charity of ones choice.
