Obituary of Mildred SEMCOW
MILDRED SEMCOW
Our precious Mom passed away November 9, 2010 at Riverview Health Centre Personal Care Home at the age of 96. She is reunited with our Dad Tom, her brother and sisters, a niece, sisters and brothers in- law.
Mom was raised in Dauphin along with her siblings Anne, Ollie & Steve (Olench). Mom and Dad lived in Flin Flon for the majority of their married life, moving to Winnipeg in the 80s to be closer to family. Family was very important to Mom. She adored her grandchildren Ryan and Katy and daughter-in-law Gloria and fell in love with Pat's husband Dale and stepson Ken. Pat and Blake were blessed to have such a loving Mom. Always caring, kind and polite.
We will be forever grateful for the tender loving care provided to Mom by Riverview CD3 staff for the past 3 years. End of life care to Mom and support to Pat, Blake and Dale during a difficult time, was a standard of excellence.
Divine Liturgy will be celebrated for Mom at the Holy Family Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1001 Grant Ave. on November 15, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Father Hafichuk officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
Thank you kindly Mom for being you, rest in peace. God Bless.
