Obituary of Brian SLIWIANY
BRIAN WALTER SLIWIANY
Despite his determination to remain in the circle of his family and friends, our beautiful Poppa, began a new phase of his journey in life, with his birth into eternal life on Monday, October 27, 2008.
Missing him always is his great love and best friend Barbara; son Blaine and wife Patti, daughter Brianne and son Connor; son Brent; daughter Kristen and husband Marco De Luca and children Matteo, Marcello, and Massimo; daughter Karen and husband Jodi Smith and son Ethan; and son Antony and fiance Terri Jaworski.
He is also survived by his loving sister Gladys and husband Bill Kulas, and their children: Anna-Marie and Donald Malinowski and their children; James Kulas and Cindy Van Eslander and children; Mark and Christine Kulas and their children.
His friendship will be missed by many, especially by treasured friend, Frank Pisa and family.
Brian so loved his life and cherished each day with his children, his grandchildren, fishing trips to Nestor Falls, Bomber games with Larry Zarychanski, and all that life brought.
His humor and optimism delighted and encouraged all of us.
He gave of himself freely.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, Munroe and Brazier.
In lieu of flowers, it is Brian's wish that we support the Siloam Mission, 300 Princess Street, or Agape Table Inc, 175 Colony.
