Obituary of Ronald TAYLOR
RONALD TAYLOR
On December 14, 2010, Ronald Arthur Taylor aged 58 passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Ronald was predeceased by mother Rosina and father George.
He leaves behind to mourn daughter Tracy (Paul) and son Chris (Carla), grandchildren Alexa, Kieran, and Carter as well as many friends and extended family. Ron was born in Shoal Lake, Manitoba on December 24, 1951 and raised in Strathclair, MB.
He was heavily involved with baseball and hockey at an early age and served as Umpire in Chief for the Slow Pitch National baseball organization.
Ron worked for the University of Manitoba for 38 years before finally retiring. Something he was very proud of.
At Ron's request a service will not be held, however, close friends and family will be invited for a spreading of his ashes at a later date.
In lieu of flowers and because of his love of animals donations in Ronald's memory may be made to the Humane Society.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Ronald
