Obituary of Rick Tesluk
RICHARD TESLUK
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our brother, Richard Tesluk on Nov. 17, 2010 at his home.
Rick was born on May 21, 1959 in Winnipeg. He was a long-standing employee with Canadian Pacific Railway. Growing up, Rick was passionate about hockey and hockey games became a passion of the family. During his teenage years, Rick was well known by neighbours for his endless hours jamming on his guitar with the amps at their maximum. As soon as Rick could drive he developed a new passion, corvettes. Through his early adult years he owned a variety of colors and models, old and new. His little sister always felt special driving with her big brother and cruising through Kildonan Park. Rick loved summers and spent countless hours enjoying the sun at the local beaches. He also enjoyed bodybuilding, working around the house and was devoted to caring for mother. His pride and joy was his dog, Peppy and rabbit, Blackie.
Rick was predeceased by his father, Bernard. Left to cherish his memory is, mother Geraldine; sisters Sandra, Brenda (Frank) and Melody (Paul); niece, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers. The overwhelming support from friends and co-workers is very much appreciated. There will be a private family service. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
