Obituary of Emilio TONGOL

EMILIO DE JESUS TONGOL June 1, 1914 - May 31, 2008 Emilio passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Health Sciences Center, at age 94. Predeceased by his wife Eustaquia Mendoza, Emilio leaves to cherish his memory, beloved daughters Juanita, Remi Olayvar(Tongol), Lydia and son Manuel, numerous grandchildren (Mamucud family) from Canada and the Philippines. Lamay will be held on Friday, June 20, 2008, at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street between 6:00 p.m. and midnight. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street, followed by a reception. Cremation to follow. Pallbearers are Oscar Simenez, Lito Alindaya, and the Mamucud family. The family would like to thank Health Sciences Center and especially the staff on D4 for the special care given to our father and the many family and friends that supported us during this difficult time.
