Dear Maria, Sylvia & Frank: On behalf of all the people Frank worked with at J.D. Construction Ltd. and Kodiak Construction Inc. we offer our heart felt condolences. Frank was a good man. He had a great heart and a real zest for life. He was a dedicated family man and from an employers point of view he was a man who was reliable, knowledgeable, motivated and trustworthy.
