Obituary of JEN (ROWLUK) PAULL

JEN (ROWLUK) PAULL NEE-ZADORONZNY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jen Paull on May 18, 2020. Jen was born November 2, 1918 in Fisher Branch, MB. The family moved to Winnipeg when Jen was six. She married John Rowluk and had three children, Robert, Judy and John. She was predeceased by her first husband John, parents Nick and Mary, her son Robert (Bob), second husband Gordon, brothers John, William, sisters Kay, Mary, and Anne. Jen met her second husband Gordon when working at Shell Canada. The two married in 1974, they lived in Churchill and retired to Swan River. Jen took an active role in the church as a Eucharistic Minister. She visited the sick and the lonely, and “never went anywhere empty handed”. Left to cherish Jen’s memory are daughter Judy, son John (Penny) and daughter-in-law Jackie. She also leaves her precious grandchildren (12), great grandchildren (16) and great-great-grandchildren (2) and nieces and nephews. Mom cherished her time with family, and leaves us with these words “never go anywhere empty handed”. Thanks to Misericordia Place for the loving care of our mom over the last few years. Celebration of life to be at a later date. “My life on earth is truly past, I’ve loved you all to the very last, Weep not for me, but courage take, And love one another for my sake”.
