Obituary of WALTER NELSON STOROZUK
Peacefully on the morning of May 9th, 2023, Walter passed from this life into eternal life with his Saviour Jesus Christ.
Walter was predeceased by his daughter Grace Caroline Storozuk, parents Peter & Jessie Storozuk and brother Stanley Storozuk.
Left to mourn Walter is his loving wife Helen of 61 1/2 years; his loving family Pastors Duane & Tamara Siemens; Braden (Cassidy-Anne) and son Finnley; Caleb; Joel (Felicity) and daughter Iris; brother Russ (Vera) Storozuk; sisters Mary Lahoffer, Ethel (James Krichkowski), Olga (Rev Edwin Wiebe) and Elaine (Rev David Dromereski) and many nephews, nieces, great nephews & great nieces.
Walter was born on a farm in Shortdale, Manitoba. He was employed at Uranium Gold Mines at an early age and then moved to Winnipeg making it his home. He married the love of his life Helen on September 2, 1961. Walter worked for Canada Post until retirement in 1995.
He faithfully attended and was an active member over the years of Living Word Temple, Waves of Glory Church, Harvest Family Church and recently, The Wave Church. He was greatly blessed and loved in each of his church communities.
We wish to thank all of the staff on the 6th floor & 8th floor Palliative Care units of St. Boniface Hospital. Also, a big thanks to Dr. John Kremel and Dr. Margaret Ochonska for their exceptional care.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday May 15th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel. 1442 Main St. with Pastor Duane Siemens officiating. Reception to follow.
