Irma was a cousin of my deceased husband, Jerry Cushing. We kept in touch by phone over the years and came up from Florida for Sylvia and Darryl's wedding. She and Hans and Sylvia also came to visit us in Kissimmee, Florida. I remember how happy and upbeat Irma always was during our phone conversations. She was a real pleasure to talk with! For years her sister, Marianne always sent Jerry a Stollen for Christmas, which he loved! When Marianne couldn't do it anymore, Irma took over and sent him one every year. Jerry always appreciated it very much! After Jerry passed, I still kept in touch with Irma and Sylvia and her family. I will miss talking with Irma, but know she is now with Hans in a much better place and with no suffering. God Bless Irma! May she rest in peace!
