ALEXANDRA “ALICE” YASHUK
March 9, 1938 – September 29, 2024
It is with great sadness that the family of Alexandra (Alice) Yashuk announces her passing on September 29, 2024 at St. Amant after a brief battle with cancer.
She leaves to mourn her brother Joe, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Alice was an extraordinary woman and will be forever remembered as a loving, kind, funny and caring person by her family and so many great friends she touched the hearts of. She enjoyed her life to the fullest. She welcomed everyone with open arms and a big smile and had a way of making everyone she encountered feel so loved.
Thank you to her support network from St. Amant, Epic Opportunities, Hope Centre Ministries, Hope Centre Health Care and the Palliative Care Team.
Prayers and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow at Saint Mary’s Polish National Cemetery, 360 McIvor Avenue.
